International Chefs Day
Trinity celebrated the International Chefs Day on 20 October 2014 at Hotel Holiday Inn with the Goa Culinary Forum (CFG), attended by over 100 chefs who were presented with the Grand Culinary Challenge certificates. A number of Hotels, besides F & B players were also recognized with the Goa’s Best Awards for the year. Companies like Sula Wines, Karcher… gave presentations and the event wound up with cocktails and dinner. Special thanks to Chef Ranjit Pandey and CFG office-bearers led by Chef Kalidas Baidya for their assistance in making the show a grand success.
